With over 130 projects delivered since its inception, Arris has built a substantial body of experience across diverse building typologies, scales and contexts. Each project has contributed to a growing repository of design knowledge, technical understanding and execution expertise. The lessons drawn from these varied explorations inform subsequent projects, enabling us to revisit established approaches, explore new possibilities and continually refine the way we design and build.
At Arris, architecture is an exploration of the relationship between built form, its surroundings, and the people who inhabit it. Our approach draws on spatial composition, proportion, movement and the interplay of light, materials and landscape to give each project its own identity.
From commercial and corporate developments to residential, hospitality and institutional buildings, we consider how a structure occupies its site, organises its functions and interacts with its environment. By connecting conceptual exploration with the realities of construction, resources and use, we develop architectural responses that are distinctive in character, considered in their detailing and equipped to adapt to changing needs over time.
